Intellectually, I know that the opening sentence to this Daily News article on how prostitutes are coping with the country’s financial woes is offensive, and the type of carelessly demeaning treatment of sex workers in the media that I normally despise. But … I can’t help but just think it’s rather witty:

It’s still a good time to be morally bankrupt.

The rest of the article, though, is seriously lame.
